1. Nature of Services
Majestica Travels is an international travel services provider specializing in luxury chauffeur-driven private ground transportation and bespoke solutions tailored to meet the diverse needs of both leisure and business travelers.
2. Booking and Service Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and will only be secured once full or agreed payment has been received.
Requests are typically processed within one (1) business days. Requests may be made via WhatsApp, call or email. Upon confirmation, clients will receive written communication outlining the agreed services either via email or WhatsApp.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Upon receipt of payment, Majestica Travels allocates and reserves vehicles and chauffeurs, and consequently declines other booking requests for those specific vehicles and dates. As such, we reserve the right to determine how cancellations are handled. Requests for cancellations or changes may be submitted; however, they are subject to our sole discretion. No-shows will be treated as completed bookings.
4. Protection of Personal Information
Majestica Travels is committed to safeguarding all personal information provided by clients. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure data security and confidentiality. The handling of personal information is aligned with local legislation.
5. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments via major debit cards, including Visa and MasterCard. Clients will be issued a pro forma invoice that includes the necessary banking details for bank deposits.

Majestica Travels accepts full responsibility for the end-to-end service experience, including:
