Majestica Travels – Terms, Policies & Concierge Service Agreement

1. Nature of Services

Majestica Travels is a luxury travel and lifestyle services provider specializing in chauffeur-driven transportation, executive travel, concierge services, and bespoke experiences for business travelers, private clients, VIPs, and international visitors. Our services are tailored to deliver convenience, comfort, discretion, and exceptional service standards.

2. Booking and Service Confirmation

All bookings and concierge requests are subject to availability and will only be secured once full or agreed payment has been received.

Requests may be submitted via WhatsApp, phone, email, or through our website. Upon confirmation, clients will receive written confirmation outlining the agreed transportation, concierge, travel, or lifestyle services.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Upon confirmation, Majestica Travels may allocate vehicles, chauffeurs, reservations, suppliers, concierge resources, and third-party service providers on behalf of clients. As a result, cancellation requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to cancellation fees, supplier penalties, or non-refundable costs already incurred.

No-shows may be treated as completed bookings.

4. Protection of Personal Information

Personal information may be shared with trusted service providers solely where necessary to fulfil transportation, accommodation, concierge, reservation, event, or travel-related services requested by clients.

5. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept EFT payments, Visa, Mastercard, and other approved payment methods. Clients will be issued with quotations, invoices, or payment links where applicable. Full or partial payment may be required before services are confirmed.

6. Service Accountability

MajMajestica Travels accepts responsibility for coordinating and managing the agreed service experience, including:

  • Chauffeur and executive transportation services
  • Airport transfers and meet-and-greet arrangements
  • Concierge and lifestyle requests
  • Restaurant and venue reservations
  • Accommodation and travel coordination
  • Event and itinerary planning
  • Booking fulfilment and supplier coordination
  • Client communication and support
  • Resolution of service-related queries

Our objective is to deliver a seamless luxury experience from initial enquiry through to service completion.
